Personalised products take between 1-7 working days to process.
Incorrect prints will not be the responsibility of Digital Prints once the client approves a draft.
Orders submitted but not paid within 5 days will be cancelled. All print orders will only be processed once is reflected in our bank account.
No images or designs may be used or reproduced without the written consent of the site owner.

Delivery Information
Door to door courier available from R100.
Delivery time will vary according to location, but is usually 2-3 working days.
Free delivery in Durban and surrounding areas (within 10kms) on orders R2000 and above.
Collection points available in Durban CBD and Bluff.
Once items have been handed to the third party for delivery or items have been removed from the premises it is no longer the responsibility of Digital Prints.
Should an order be delayed beyond the stipulated turnaround time, clients will be advised accordingly.
Refund Policy
We print using high quality inks and vinyls to keep our clients happy and coming back for more. While we don’t offer a return or refund on customised prints, we do encourage feedback so that we can always improve our product/service offerings.
